The forums seem to be affected by the problem aswell, i keep getting error 502 messages; bad gateways and timeouts.

Finally they patch the Lag-problems ^^ But i am p*ssed too, ’cause all day long i worked and now, when i finally arranged to have some time, i cant play ^^

I can assure you this is very rare! There have been other brief problems, but I’ve never seen a problem go on this long.

Apparently it originally started in Central Europe. All European servers have been affected.

Same error message for me though, if it’s worth reporting as I’m sure the team are aware of the issue.

On a more serious note, we payed ~50 € for a game and we don’t pay any subscription so a kittenty service is expected ! I’d say service has gone much more smoothly than I thought it would go

I just finished installing a new wireless card into my desktop because I had been using my laptop as a source of internet for my desktop through an ethernet cable so when error 42:6:3:2158 came up for me I thought it must be an issue with my wireless card regardless of the fact that I’m connected just fine to the internet and don’t have any issues connecting to other games. They could do with changing the wording of their errors because I just stumbled upon this thread after seeing that this has happened in the past before after doing a little digging. Kinda frustrated that I spent a good amount of time uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and software.

I sure hope so! I was creating my bad kitten necromancer, and right before i can complete the creation and hop into the world for a test drive, the server went down!!! Arghhh!! I didn’t even manage to get a peek of how the world is! My excitement was blown away…

Also guys it might be wise to acknowledge that this isn’t the server admin’s fault or anyones fault for that matter. Sometimes systems just crash/fail. It’s the way of modern technology!

I’m certain the server administrators and maintanence teams are doing all they can to rectify the issue.

Just thank your lucky stars this game is FTP! (Free to play)

It’s taken long enough now to be honest, I took a day off work to finally play a bit more and they throw me out after a fractal. That was hours ago…

Just an FYI guys, this was posted about an hour ago so it looks as if the support teams are looking into the issue.

I would sit tight, possibly (a novel idea) go outside for some fresh air? :O

I know right! Scary…Basically just sit tight and wait, complaining about it on a forum won’t get the problem fixed any quicker. Besides…the engineers won’t see your comments as they’re probably too busy trying to fix the login issue so you can play!
