Just want to thank those who helped in the wee hours to paint our borderland mostly red again. I appreciated the quaggan company and the regular company. We got a lot of work done in less than ideal situations, wiped out larger groups in open field, saved bay when the keep lord was already down, and made me proud to be a CD Warrior. Thank you, CD if you even read these forums.

Unfortunately, the only servers that can help you push TC at this point is a Tier 1 server.

Nah, I’m just kidding. We were outmanned for a decent amount, so I didn’t even get that.

For whakittens worth, you guys were great to play against. You did what you could with what you could, and that’s all that matters. Understand that CD will go into the next matches with greater courage, greater commitment, and greater player bonds. You guys are stronger now than what you were a week ago, and that counts.

Dang I wish I took a screenshot. I was solo-taking a camp on FA BL a couple hours ago, and a non-upleveled FA person saw me fighting the vets, stood there for a few seconds, then ran away. I was ripe for the ganking, but no dice. It’s okay to risk dying folks, it’s not real gold.

As this matchup comes to an end, I just wanted to shout out to those folks I had duels with around the ruins in CD borderlands this week. Some were friendly, some were not so friendly. I did, however, meet some nice folks on both DB and FA. Good luck to everyone in the next matchup.

I dunno about classy…. In the beginning when FA’s garrison was taken by DB, they just sat behind FA while they were trying to take it back. Every time we pushed they thought it was a good idea to leech off us in hopes to take our garrison. It was kinda lame really cause they got wiped every time we pushed them back out :|

I’m actually really impressed with the matchup thread this week.

It’s tiny as all kitten,
But it’s been largely the most respectful matchup thread DB has had in ages.

I’ve always liked Crystal Desert (as I said somewhere earlier in this thread, when I was considering transferring servers last year CD would have been my first choice. I would guest there if I actually knew anyone on the server), so I’m really pleased to see class from you guys on the forums

I hope you guys get the coverage back you used to have and we can face each other on a more even playing field next time. (Or hell, I’d still like the match if we lost the coverage to make it even)

With crystal desert’s smaller coverage they was trying to do the best they could given the situation at your garrison. But a lot of commanders would do it that way till an opportunity arose…..not all commanders but some.

/salute to the tanky D/D ele from VeT commander on FA BL. You had 10 of my server-mates following you (I knew better) and you never dropped below 30% health. But you kept them busy. I don’t understand how ANet can allow a profession that can last indefinitely against 10 people, but I’m not a game designer so what do I know.

I’m FAMOUS!!! I’m the asura engineer you fought from about 3:10 to 4:45. That’s about the last time I seriously engaged you. After that I gave you a few pot shots when I happend to come across you, but I had other goals and tasks to accomplish instead of continuing an unwinnable fight. I even told my server mates to leave you be, but as the video shows the attempts continued.
