KISS went to SoR. Yes, they are on SoR. All of their monogrammed towels now say SoR. Can we pretend we’re all on the bridge going to Hills and get over it before we get caught further in a drama choke? Thanks!

This is what happens when a server panics after getting destroyed by RG and finishing last after wining for weeks. [KISS], [SONG] and whomever else they recruited will make things difficult in EU time with their PVDooring now with full map zergs.

Keep fighting JQ and BG! Go after those camps and slap those yaks. Who knows, you might be able to divide up the SOR map blobs and come up with some surprising victories!

I and [SONG] live in the same country (GMT+8 , I think I was saw a MERC commander post on forum said he also live in GMT+8 ), we are SEA guild, they even slept early than me….

EU prime time is our 4-5am. we all slept before this time.

Why I always saw the post on forum said they’re EU guild and complain it?

Hello Aneirin,

BG is now the only server in tier 1 that can muster their vaguard oceanic and sea forces to hit EU timing. BG server leaders have created the structure to switch OCN/SEA forces to EU on a short notice. Most of the forces in JQ and SOR are unable to do that. Prior to the arrival of IRON, WM was dominating EU time zone for almost 2 weeks straight. This might not seem like much but to play from 12am to 6am consistently requires a whole different level of discipline from the organized guilds.

BG has pulled long shifts when needed since launch. Our numbers have always been overestimated by our rivals due to this.

JQ has done the same long hours from time to time. I think it is just SoR that will not currently, due to the conflict with your stated server philosophy.

On a separate note, it’s been nice to see JQ rise up and truly roar again. With FOE and Agg , it’s also nice to see old friends over there too.

May the match ups keep becoming tighter races. May we all soon be within 4k of each other, with a random winner soon enough.

Yes SONG is SEA and not very large, but I think people are still puzzled as to why SoR would activily seek out Kiss for a time slot they already had large numbers in. Especially when I believe it was Lettol ( sorry for the miss spelling or mis qoute ) that said “We turn away guilds to JQ all the time so we can have even number and good fights.”

Now SoR war council or what ever you call your selves there can not stop KISS from transfering, although common practice of human pysc tells us that when someone is not wanted they generally wont go.

So Instead of SoR saying we would love to have you BUT Jq doesn’t even have a EU presence, I think you would fit in good there and get amazing fights to boot. Instead they activly tried to recuirt them and then turn to BG and tell us that we should give JQ some of our guilds becuase we are Blackhole gate or what ever silly name has been derived.

Although in SoR defense from the sounds of it KISS just wanted to be part of a winning server and ban wagoned over to SoR. Was it becuase SoR had the more prodominate EU presence who knows but out of the three servers

What about on the back it would say “SoR’s bigger brother” just for the fact I think y’all take on the role of a little brother always copying us(trying to swallow up more guilds them us like yall could compete with bg on that) and competing like a little brother, getting beat up on repetitively and lying in wait til y’all were stronger and all of a sudden put the bigger brother in place.

What Fann was trying to liiustrate was that WM’s 2 week pushes into EU coverage really did a woosy on the way that we play the game. They’re a SEA guild but were able to stay up late and stretch out their play time to PvDoor and take some awesomely high PPT. Now, you might say “why couldn’t SoR do the same thing” and the answer to that is that why should they? I’m not sure if BGs expected reply for us was to tell our OCE/SEA guilds to pull in the long hours, but I guess that’s something that they probably were not prepared to do for the game.

I’ll give you a IRL example of this. In NZ there was a debacle (still going on) between local builders and migrant builders from China. NZ builders worked their 9-5 during the weekdays and didn’t work weekends. On the other hand the migrant builders were prepared to work overtime and go right through the weekend and were even able to provide cheaper rates. Now, there was no way that the NZ builders could compete with this and to do that would be to change their entire work culture which is a HUGE ask.

The SoR answer to the PvDoor from the overtime became IRON — or more correctly, IRON were looking for a new home and SoR provided what IRON wanted which may have been lacking over in EU.

This was looked down upon by both BG and JQ to what I say what would have happened if we didn’t get any EU? Did you want us to ask our OCE/SEA to make sacrifices just to compete with you guys? Is this a meta that you ACTUALLY wanted to impose onto us?

Nothing like this exists. We all just communicate with each other.

This, SoR has no leadership council or hierarchy. Everyone takes responsibility and helps the community in whatever way they can. It’s very organic tbh.

The poster he quoted stated that SoR is fighting Doors in NA primetime while being in T1 of NA servers. He then mentioned that their EU forces were ticking 400+ against an NA server.

Thus, by all means, BG is basically an EU server in NA servers.

Indo’s an idolized person on our server. He organizes our meetings and gives them. He doesn’t make decisions for our server. We do that as whole. He isn’t our “leader”.

I am busy 12 hours a day in an ER and I find the time to relax enough to play when I get back home. Not all players are kids or unemployed this is such a bad statement to make. Most people in guilds in T1 I guess have jobs and busy ones and you also forget the different countries and time zones

yeah love the sarcasm comes off quite well, both BT and TW are really good guilds. I wouldn’t say they are the best, but they are really good.

It wasn’t mean as an insult, what I was saying, is that it’s that group of players that is more likely able to switch their play times on the fly and play a completely different timezone when they would normally be sleeping.

If I could afford to switch on the fly like that for my server, I probably would too. But rl and work take priority over the game for me.
