If he were complaining about chest thumping in general, then that would be fine. But he’s saying that SEA has no right to brag because they win by outnumbering their opponents. Outnumbering your opponents has been how you win WvW since day one. So no quotation marks necessary, SEA is dominating their timezone.

I am confused now.

Are we complaining about bragging or complaining about night capping? Are we mocking the bragging, the night capping, or the complaining about either?

Instead of a good match with an exciting finish we get a blow out every week, regardless of which server it is. I am uncertain why people come here to argue that it’s not purely a numbers game in when that happens, and that those points were somehow the culmination of hard work and against strong opposition. When the ppt passes 400, the only thing you’re fighting is hylophobia.

tell the real story. No need to get up in BG’s face over anything in regards to PPT, SoR has dominated T1 in the past (Week 21 ish for example) and JQ has the longest running period of domination.

The back biting, attacks, accusations and other garbage needs to be moderated by Anet more seriously. Half the posts in this forum are against the ToS and yet people don’t get banned from the forums. It’s rather mind boggling, maybe the mods just gave up.

JQ has done it. SoS. SoR. You don’t need to have true 24/7 coverage to cover a 12k stretch…it happens by chance and circumstance, like when one side shows up and the other doesn’t.

LOL. I find it funny you should bring SoS to the picture since the guild you’re representing brought that capability over from SoS to BG. Only time SoS lost the coverage war during Oceanic was when a major PVE event happened during the time when Merc was still in SoS…

Haha, it’s been fun. WVW is all about speed, and points. Till we have our WVW community up and playing steady, point per tick is our baby. Hahaha, running isn’t fun if we’re many though. Stand up and fight is where it’s at.

TC & BG thanks for the 2v1 fun fights and all the bags trying to take our garrison lastnight. It was like the battle of the Alamo all over again but only this time the Alamo never fell but it did come close before I logged off.

Uhh no. This idea has been discussed in past and most of the playerbase is against it.

The intent of you post seems honest so I think it deserves an honest response.

The fact is, this game is available to be purchased and played by just about anyone in the world, and because of this, Anet cannot lock out content to the prime play times of one specific region. When a player in North America is usually sleeping, a player in Australia just got home from work, ate dinner, and is ready for some WvW. Not to mention there are people who may work a grave shift, and play during work/school hours for many.

The Weekly Tarnished Coast Dolyak Parade

It’s almost that time of the week again! Once again, DOLY will be holding the TC Dolyak Parade. This is an event that is open for all servers, to come and celebrate the sacrifice that Dolyaks make for our endless war. It’s the dolyak’s who carry our supply, with which we repair our keeps, or build machines to kill the enemy! It’s the dolyaks who risk it all to carry that valuable supply across the matches. Many sadly don’t make, and the parade is there to celebrate their lives, and their sacrifice! Judging by the forum posts, I can tell there are many who are excited for this weeks parade! Last week we had so many, the dolyak parade LAGGED, so let’s try to get that again, or beat it! Imagine if we could crash the anet WvW server..WITH DOLYAKS! snicker So, now time for some information:

When: Thursday at 6 PM Server time (ST)
Where: A borderland will be chosen shortly before the event. This is to try to find a map where there is minimal queues and minimal action, so those who don’t want to join are affected as little as possible. We gather near the windmill by south camp.
How:
There are numerous ways to participate:

• Tonic as a dolyak using either a Dolyak Tincture or Ruminant tonic. If you don’t have one of these and still want to participate, come anyways and ask a friendly DOLY representative for one! We always have a massive supply of them for people!
• Tonic as any other critter, creature, abomination, etc. Whether you’re a dolyak, a plush griffon, or a large ice elemental, there’s room for you in our parade! We’re all inclusive!
• Feel free to not tonic and run around as an escort. A dolyak escort is person who runs with the parade and helps kill any baddies who want to ruin the parade. You can even gather together to form a personal bodyguard regiment for the parade! And no, a dolyak escort is not a dolyak on the streets of DR.

If you have any questions, comments, conundrums, silly dolyak jokes, feel free to comment me, or any other DOLY representative!

And remember, the Gold Dolyak is watching.

Real talk – The NA guilds on both SOR and BG have been going to sleep so early. I’ve not seen my own guild out. I joined hire since they play at the same time as myself. Everybody in NA is weak right now and super soft.

If a lag fest like this is what T1 is all about, I’d rather fall back down to T2. FA and SoS brought much better fights than SoR does. Still love me some BG.

It amazes me that BG can put on 12k points between 2am and 10am PDT, and still come on these forums to complain about SoR.

When you guys get tired of winning by PvD through-out Sea, how about you ask one or two of your guilds from that time zone to transfer off “for the fights”. Seems like a nightly karma train across all border lands would be boring after a week or two.

Same goes with your NA and EU guilds.

The fight in Garri was a lot of fun. Rushing back and forth to push off 40 man squads from BG on the east and TC on the west for 3 hours straight was some of the most enjoyable WvW I’ve had in the last 2 months. And the bags, oh my god the bags. Props to both sides for keeping the pressure up for so long.

Enjoy you score, I’ll be enjoying the game.
