So ‘m fairly new and just recently noticed that the skill Signet of Air, does not seem to work if i’m running Air as one of my Builds and are currently attuned to air. By this i mean that the passive doesn’t seem to function and i lose out on the bonus 25% movement speed. I’m not sure if this is a bug or ANet’s attempt to keep the class from just zipping around with a bunch of movement speed bonus passives. (basically i think the passive movement speed bonus from the build negates the passive movement speed bonus from the signet.

So basic question is, has this always been the case? Is that how it is intended to work, or is there just just an issue with the coding that hopefully can be fixed in a patch (hot fix?)

So i have noticed that there is an issue where Signet of Air’s passive does not seem to apply if you your character is running an Air Specialization and has Zeyphyr’s speed. The skill works fine if i switch to a different attunement, but for what ever reason simply doesn’t function as long as i’m attuned to air.
