Is anyone else having this issue with not receiving their digital deluxe items?

I purchased the digital deluxe edition of the game through the buy.guildwars site not long before release. for myself and my partner, both of us have not received any of our digital items. We both have our first characters still and have not deleted the items when we deleted a toon as we never received more than the hero’s band. our mistfire wolf is also grayed out
Both my partner and i have lodged support tickets. I am informed that they are aware of issues around deleted items. and my partner was told it would be resolved within 24 hours of mail service being fixed as they sent out a backlog of mail and to keep an eye on facebook. the facebook post stating mail was fixed was almost a week ago now and he still has not received his in game items either.
Is anyone else having this issue with not receiving their digital deluxe items?
