Hey, so quick update. My web browser was having troubles loading web pages today, so I called the ISP and they had me flush the winsock cache or something. I went into the CMD prompt in Admin mode and put in the command “netsh winsock reset”. After that, my web browsing went smoothly and I haven’t had any issues on GW2. Have you tried that?

I’ve been having an issue since two days ago where, at random times throughout the day, the screen will go black, I will continue to hear background noise and music, but the game is otherwise unresponsive. I’ve had to alt+tab out and kill it every time it does this and relog. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?

For reference, I am running the 64-bit version of the game client, on Windows 10.
