I craft them as soon as I have enough materials to do so. On average, I make one bolt every 2-3 days, without having to buy materials. Sometimes I’ll get lazy and buy the 10 wool that I’m missing, but I don’t find that too bad.
It really depends on play style, and play area. If you play to where you can’t really farm the materials and you’re not making a bolt within 5 days, but you have the gold to buy the materials, buy the materials. Are you trying to make ascended pieces? Or make and sell for profit?
Like they said above me, I just have to repeat it. Level your thief and play it! There are different play styles that will match the one/ones that you like. As you get high enough to do your first instance you will start to get a grip on how you want to play it.
