First time ever I encountered a network issue with GW2! Never changed my system, no changes with ISP or the network devices, it just happened after the PATCH has been made!

It’s been more than a week I always received this kind of error. I’m stuck on the Character Selection page. After I choose my character, it just loads and then the Network Error pops out! I’ve been exchanging messages with Tech Support, ticket #636847 Network issue, but there has been no fixed or whatsoever! I’ve contacted my ISP but there is nothing they can do about the issue.

Honestly, I’m almost at the point of QUITTING the game because of this issue! I’m still not losing hope to support the game but if this will not be resolved, I’m done with GW2! I hope you understand that I’ve been playing this game AFTER a FEW DAYS the game has been LAUNCHED! Please don’t disappoint me Anet!

Grrr.. This error happened to me too. It’s been almost a week I’m getting disconnection issues when playing the GAME! Right now, I’m just stuck in the Character selection window! I’ve contacted GW2 SUPPORT but still, there troubleshooting steps doesn’t work. They even provided me the NCSOFT GAME ADVISOR but WTH, it says no internet connection blah blah blah. Well in fact, I’m connected to the internet and even able to play any other ONLINE GAMES!

Me, and all of my IRL friends who are playing GW2 is having this kind of issue! C’mon Anet or NCSOFT, please FIX this!
