Try the first option, where you go to Control panel.. It fixed itself right away. The problem now is sitting through the download all over again haha
Freezing has been commonly the result of having a proxy enabled, though usually the text isn’t missing. Have you tried:

Hey everyone..
I usually don’t go on forums and such but I really can’t find any support for this issue.. So I tried updating due to the September patch.. And I couldn’t log in since it just froze. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I’m stuck at this screen.. (Screenshot provided) Can anyone help me out?
