I have had the same ISP for many years and have never had problems playing GW2 until the update came out on 7/29. After 2 days of constant disconnects with the error code 7:11:3:189:101, I am beyond frustrated. I know that this is not a problem on my end and if by the sheer number of complaints, Anet can’t figure that out, I am not sure what to say. Something is wrong with the new update because all of my guild mates are also getting the same error code and we live in different parts of the country with different ISP’s. Please fix the problem, don’t blame the victim.

I was in WvW last night and could not stay connected for more than 2-3 minutes. Today I can’t even get past the loading screen. I’m glad I’m not the only one, but this is ridiculous because at this point ANet should be able to account for player increase after an update.
