Well Anet, will you continue to watch the prices soar higher?

So any other new about precursor form Anet? just tell us which way we need to take, actually the only way for take a precursor are with REAL MONEY, tried via mystic forge (fail) tried with TP (fail cause the price is rise very quickly) tried farm gold (fail cause they nerf a lot of farm , Plinx , Arah, Penitent …), i think scavenger hunt is ready in a 2/3 months… actualy the GEM price is crazy, pls Anet tell us something new, good or bad but give us an hope or not i know a lot of ppl who buy Gold from sellers for finish their weapon dont let all do this way cause probably this way is a bad way for all the comunity ( more BOT more account Hack more rage quit)

Actually the price of some precursor are unacceptable (dusk – dawn – legend ) the price is not stable and is not a legendary quest is only about LUCK or REAL MONEY!! a bit unfair IMO, and no one from Anet tell us something about SH

1500 *RARE (gold) GS – just rage about the precursor roulette! this is not Legendary weapon is only nice skin weapon for the lucky ppl or for someone can buy gold via Gem shop or china!! 1M karma is easy to farm only 100% exploration are the LEGENDARY QUEST in this craft, i hope in the future Anet change the system for craft it something like BLACK MOA in GW1 will be fun, but i lost all hope for scavenger hunt.

lol – apologies for laughing at your misfortune but didn’t they patch it so only exotics gave the chance for precursor and NOT rares?

Your saying above Rare (Gold) but Rare is Yellow Not Gold. Exotics are gold. Even Anet said that certain exotics will yield a better chance to get precursor.

Way i read the reply was. Yellows (Rare) – 0 – 2% chance, Exotics (gold, plain) 2 – 5% and exotics (gold, named) 5 – 10%

I just made up those numbers but i would be guessing from all the hints given its something along those lines – but i also could of sworn the Rare part/weaps were removed with one of the patches.

Also what lvl weaps are u putting in? remember all 4 weaps lvl must average above lvl 76 in order to even start getting a chance. at least thats what i read. So if you put in 3 lvl 72 and 1 lvl 80 it will average out to be lvl 74.

But if u put in 3 lvl 76 weaps and a lvl 80 it will average out to be lvl 77. – this i believe meets the prereq to chance for a precursor.

I could be totally wrong about all the above, but thats what i have gathered from the 3 months of research on this.

QQ so rare = yellow Exotic = gold ill keep in mind !!! i put only lvl 80 yellow crafter GS on forge, so if i put 4x Gold (exotic) named in the forge my chance to take a precursor rise to 5-10% ? can you link pls the source? Ty

Hi, EU player here, afther patch same error here, i have a Macbook pro 2012 with Mountain Lion ivy Bridge processor and for me the fix was just unplug the charger select a character and then plug in charger again. Hope to help someone with this fix

so, afther 1500 Gold lvl 80 GS in the forge… NO PRECURSOR!!!! and im in total rage about that!! dusk in TP are around 550 Gold and i have all for make Twilight only precursor left, Anet srsly i love GW2 and GW1 but this RNG total ruin this game, drop rate of precursor via mystic forge are simply wrong, i lost all my hope to c something good at the precursor. this is the worst method i never see by Anet, RNG and stack of ectos are the only thing i can see in this game, Legendary need to be LEGENDARY not LUCKY OR RANDOM!! i farmed 1,3MILION karma(cause Mystic Clovers ARE RNG TOO), i farmed ALL T6 MATERIAL, im done 100% map , I FARM LODSTONES and GOLD, and? i need luck for take precursor? PPPPFFFF…. Anet start the war against the bot and dont fix this EPIC FAIL PRECURSOR RNG!! GZ on your priority…

i hope some news with next patch cause actualy need only precursor for finish my legendary, and i actualy try to obtain it via Mystic Forge, atm 600xGold GS no precursor…. some friend take 2x down with 130xGold GS, is a litle unfair Q_Q

At this point best thing for ANet to do is to give a chest to the remaining accounts not offered one by the script today and close this sad event once and for all.

After all they are not losing anything and with a lot of percursors around people will invest more money to get the mats to craft the legendary. Win-Win situation for everyone concerned.

i think Anet in each direction move he falling down, if they send mail to all account i think a lot of ppl rage about fair or unfair, if they send at the account logged at the Event time but not loot chest a lot of ppl rage about fair or unfair…. so i think they decide to send it at random ppl XD so now they have a random rage, and sure iim one of random guy who not have the chest via mail…. can i random rage?

Anyone from EU servers got the chest? all ppl i know in my guild and server not received the mail from Anet, maybe in EU servers the script is not done?

Hi, today i just joined a guild with a really good name…..

i try to explain:
This guild name are Fractal of the mist ten to twenty the leader are a very nice person with an amazing idea – U join the guild (not need represent it) and set your fractal scale by change rank 10 to 20 OFC and when u need to find party just put ur status in LFG so the ppl are in this guild simply wisp to ppl in guild to form party!!!

this guild maybe can help a lot of ppl like me with hight scale to find party, and i think this simply idea are great until the Anet introduce a sort of LFG tool!!

So this player who make this guild probably make this guild cause he have lvl 19 and now is so hard to find some party to run hight lvl but i think the idea is great and i hope a lot of ppl join this guild.

how is it fair that some people get to loot the chest multiple time, while the rest were left out in the cold. Looking back at how Anet were banning people for karma/cooking exploit, and considering as how this was suppose to be an one time event, it is clearly a exploit.

i open chest twice with my 2nd lvl80 in a overflow server, and i give a chance to do event at ppl who never do.. so my story is this:
when i read forum and c the overlow running i just post on forum for ferry ppl who whont open chest maybe 2nd time or maybe 1st time who care if i give to a lot of ppl chance to open 1st or 2nd time (maybe more) the 1 time event chest?
I think is for ppl like me a lot of player was able to do the event for DC problem or Real Life problem..

My party was Crazy man, my wisp was like hell and for 2h i just stand and try to replay all /w and ferry all ppl to give a chance>>>

and u wont ban me for do this? ban for helping community?

I just noticed that my macbook decharges the battery whilst playing GW2 ?
After an hour or so, when the battery reach 94 %, the charger starts charging the battery again.
It is not long ago that i reset the SMC, so i dont think that is the problem.

Have any of you guys noticed that same?

Hi, Same problem here, MacBook pro 2012 (no retina) , i think cause MacBook use main Graphic card (Nvidia) afther a HUGE session of farm " 7h" and all device on ( Cinemadisplay – razer mice+keybord – Usb headset – Time Capsule all on 12v USB Hug) i arrive at 20/25% of my battery autonomy. I dont know if this is good or not for battery life on MacBook Pro.
Anyone have idea?

a technician called me, they said the DSLAM of the lines of many connection are broken cause of the big big rain it happened on italy lately on 48hrs ( except where i live, so i dont know why the heck it happens to me too ) so it will be probably an italian ISP’S problem that cause this..

fix it fix it fix it, i think they wil lfix in a week if they change DSLAM lines, btw is Flooding not “big big rain” XD

Doesn’t work, anyway there are loads of ppl from WoW, SWTOR, Diablo 3 too.
IF it’s actuallya flood-accident that fked up nodes in north-italy, we couldnt actually do something, just wait till they try to fix.
But as I said that might be not the only problem related with this unplayability.

I think it’s the 100th time we explain this.

It’s not a connection problem.

It’s a SERVER problem.

Basically there are some servers here in Italy not working/working bad.
All servers sharing informations with those rotten servers are experiencing lag spikes, data loss and similar issues.

This is why also other games may be affected by the issue.

Anyway, fact is that it can probably be fixed by both sides ( game devs and providers) but since it’s not uncommon that providers’ employers have very little clue about what’s going on, i prefer to put my trust in game devs rather than providers.

That’s what im saying over 4pages and from yesterday

Anet pls change the name Lost Shores is not appropriate , wil lbe nice something like Rage Shores XD.. btw ill not rage until they release the Patch, my 1st scared observation are : IF they implement Ascended Gear who farm the Old Dungeon for take Exotic Gear? No point for farm like Hell all day 3x Path of “old” Dungeon for take an “old” exotic gear if dnt have EndGame Stat!!, i hope they implement a way to obtain Ascended Gear with the “old” Dungeon too… if not probably ppl give up old dungeon and chage focus to overfarming a “new” Dungeon….. no point to do this for Anet.. IMO
