I’m experiencing these lags too, although they don’t really make the game unplayable (ping at 200-300 ms, vs 30-40 usually). They’re pretty well localized in time though.
I used Pingplotter a couple of days ago (playing from France, hours are UTC+1), the graph is in attachment.

There seems to be an issue with the unlocked recipes, I cannot access them anymore. I can read my bags’ content, so it’s not a scope issue.

Players who went through the 80 levels should know how to dodge, swap weapons and so on, low-level gaming will just be terribly boring for them now. What about making those changes a game option enabled by default?
