I’ll admit I kind of wish I asked the player, but I only took a screenshot without the hud (without names) … so here I am. The leggings I’m kinda familiar with, but I can’t figure out for the life of me what that chest piece is? Is there a set?

Yeah, normally I’m pretty quiet about these things, but I’ve been booted and seen other party members booted one too many times from Teq runs. Sure, it doesn’t sting as bad when folks are booted during other world boss battles, but unlike them one can’t just walk into a random Teq battle at the last min and expect a successful result.

I can’t be the only one and I’m sure many others have spoken about it here in the past, but I’m getting really tired of those random moments where you get hit by a lag spike and are booted from an instance when something big is happening and, while you can try to log back in and continue where you left off, the instance is full. Even if you’re in a party there is no hope of getting back in the fight against a chap like Tequalt and all of a sudden that hour of preparation and waiting around is a waste of time and, honestly? It’s moments like these that make me want to quit playing altogether.
So my question is this: Why aren’t there fail safe measures to prevent players from dropping out and not being able to log back into the same instance? It can’t be that hard to implement a grace period where the player who was dropped has a minute or two to log back in and not have some random schmuck take their place instead?
Anyway, just venting my frustration. Last time it happened while I was fighting Teq and we were on the last burn. Not cool, especially when I was in a defense party.

Hi all,
I was told to come here after having no luck elsewhere. My ticket is: #131358
Anyway, I purchased 2 new Bank Tab Expansions. I received both activation tokens fine in the mail and consumed them. However, only one new Bank Tab was activated. The second one failed opening a new tab, so instead of having 7 tabs I only have 6.
I tried communicating this to customer service but I didn’t get anywhere with them. Their response, while quick, seemed to only pass off this problem like it was my fault, when in fact it was a bug. I’ll admit it was pretty frustrating to be told that nothing could be done on their end, especially when I’ve been told by others that it’s standard practice to simply create a duplicate item to resolve an issue like this… so here we are.

I’m having a pretty terrible round with customer service right now, so I hope the issue I’m having can be addressed here at the forums instead.
Anyway, with the current Black Friday Sales, I decided to purchase 2 new Bank Tab Expansions. I got both tokens in the mail and happily consumed them. Only when I went to check out my Bank Tabs, only 1 of the 2 Bank Tab Expansions appears to have worked for me ingame. The second one appears to have failed in opening a new tab, so instead of having 7 bank tabs I only have 6. I tried communicating this to customer service but they say nothing can be done on their end and that simply put I’ve been robbed by a bug they refuse to refund me on or simply replace with an identical item.
That said, the customer support guy I was talking said ‘We encourage you to exercise care when conducting all your gem transactions’. But how can I exercise care when it is a bug I encountered? By his logic I should not buy anything more from the gem store in fear of this issue happening again? Is that the kind of care he speaks of?
I really hoped this could have been easily resolved by now, but here we are. =/
