I recently had trouble with gw2 (see screenshot1 for what happened), i made a thread about it and it wasnt resolved
so i tried to uninstall gw2 and this happens (see screenshot2)
so i deleted everything and then i put disc 1 into my computer to try and reinstall gw2, this is what comes up on the ‘My Computer’ page, i dont know if it counts for anything but i put it up anyway haha (see screenshot3)

so now i cant resinstall, uninstall or even log in because now its gone back to the original problem when i click the icon on the ‘My Computer’ page

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

did your launcher look like the screenshot?

I cant change the language, there is no option in the top right, what am I meant to do?

Try changing your language to something else, let it complete download and then log back out and change it back to English. There’s a problem with the English initial download update apparently.

do you know how to change the language??

i tried to log in today and the launcher is stuck at 0KB (0KB/sec), i have to close the program using the task manager because it wont close else
does anyone know how to fix this problem using simple explanations and clear instructions as i am no good with technical things
