So here is my story : I’ve done all previous LS1 stories, gained skins,… And i destroyed some of them because i had no place to save them, but i did that before the wardrobe fuction was implemented. I made a pause in the game at this moment, so i did not play.

I lost items/Skins from LS1 that i cant acquire anymore, like the Tequatl wings (screen on bottom) that are locked and no longer obtainable. But i DID the achievements for it ! Some skins i lost get from SAB, the scelerite Karka shell (yes, i know, its sold for 25 laurels and 15 gold, but i got these for free ! And i played hard for them !), and many others.

I want to get them back… I won them… Especially the ones that aren’t obtainable anymore :’(

Yes i know, there’s a support team. But they rarely answer, or i land on the page and the entire form to complete to contact them is… too big to redo it.

If it’s lost forever, i’m sorry, but it’s a bit stupid… And i’m sad…

Some achievements also seems weird (like i’m pretty sure i did them, as i complete everything).

It seems that, after a recent patch (10th, Feb), the story path of Arah makes the client to crash without any report, directly to desktop. Not even a log. dmp file does not contain any information. Players who disconnects/leave, or simply want to join after Zaithan’s mouth boss (on the ships) just crash upon (re-)entering the dungeon, like on the screen [Display : Gw2 stopped working, then quit to desktop]. I may have lost some items. I don’t know, it seems weird.

So don’t try Arah Story if you want to reroll or you have a bad internet connection. You will crash upon re-entering. I’m not sure about the thing that triggers it, neither when it happens, but it happens everytime. If you are stuck alone in the dungeon, you’re good to start over.

I can’t tell any further information for now.

OS: Win 8.1 x86_64 updated
Guild wars 2 version : Lastest, FR and EN langs installed on
Crash happens every time ? Yes
Programs running during crash : Chrome x64, TeamSpeak,Audio player VLC, Steam, and Notepad++ (+services).
Crash happened : 02/13/15, ~16:20
Does it happens to all players ? Yes, it seems so. At least 4.
