While I do agree with OP to some degree, I think there are more sets that aren’t just trenchcoats. I can recall Carapace and Nightmare Court medium armor, as well as some cultural armor sets.
The same applies to mesmer’s Signet of Inspiration active effect which does not share quickness (and probably resistance).
I got the cog dropped from Zokaggrot on my first try yesterday, but after that there’s no dialogue option to receive the cleaning rag from Rikka. I’m just stuck with the extremely dirty cog in my inventory now.
This is really annoying indeed, can confirm this happens.
Locked Trait Tiers (what they announced) = 3 × 3 × 3 = 18 possible combinations for each trait line.
Unlocked Traits Tiers (like now) = 3 × 5 × 7 = 105 possible combinations for each trait line.
I believe that’s actually 27 for locked and 55 for unlocked traits.

Either I’m hallucinating or the challenge mote was just there before I completed the Invisible Infiltration achievement. Now it doesn’t seem to appear anymore, so I can’t start Unforgiving Infiltration now.

Am I missing something, or must every legendary weapon be first crafted by players who had invested the incredible amount of time and effort in the game? You have no way to directly buy legendary weapons from the gem shop. This is definitely not how P2W works.
