I deleted my character before they said anything about them only being available on the first character, i.e. within 1 min as the character was only created to reverser the name so that I could play with sliders and customization.

So, the last couple of days I’ve been getting gold seller spam via in-game mail, I would like to report these people.
But as it stands there’s seemingly no way to do this, when you open the report window there is a red message saying that Anet will take action based of chat logs and not unsubstantiated player reports.
So, my question to Anet is, does the chat logs include mails?, and if they do, please be more specific about it in the report window.
An alternative would be to let us include a screenshot like in the bug report tool, or attach specific mails in the report window/make a dedicated mail abuse report option.
The absolute best solution for CPU temp issues, is to get a new cooler, they are not very hard to install, and there are multiple videos and manuals showing how to do it, just make sure to get one that fits in your case and supports your CPU socket.
GPUs can generally handle high temps very well, the GTX 570 have a max temp at 97c, so as long as it stays under 90c, you shouldn’t have to worry.
As for Korsin’s 6970, I don’t really know as I’m not familiar with AMD GPUs, and they don’t seem to list max temp in their technical specifications.
Getting lower temps on GPUs can easily be achieved by setting a custom fan profile with software like Gainward ExperTool, EVGA Precision X, MSI Afterburner and whatever equivalent you have for AMD.

I think Anet made a statement on the out of memory issue a short while back.
The issue seems to be connected with 32bit systems, and running out of RAM, so my suggestion would be to upgrade to Windows 7 64bit, and possibly up your RAM to 6-8GB if the problem persists.
Is it possible you have all recipes where Basil is used?
Because it seems like items of which you have all recipes discovered stops showing up in the discovery window.
