Nice, i’ll check out o ut later when i got the time and patience. Annoying thing about it is it fades out depending on your camera angle, making some screenshots a pain in the kitten /p>
I had just finished the reactor event in metrica province, and decided to take a shortcut and jump out above the skill point nearby, when i noticed some weired, arabic style writing on the outside wall and broken stone outside. Does anyone know what it is, and what it means? Asked around the zone and no one even knew what i was talking about. I’ve enclosed a screenshot of said text as proof of what i saw
As a member of Gaiscioch, we need 2 guilds to keep up with all the people that have come from the various games that we’ve had guilds in, and for new peopel who join from gw2. Until they either work otu how to remove the member limit without invite bugging out, or give us guild alliances, the second guild allows us to move people into the other guild, ro create new ones, as circumstances require.
I can definitly understand why people dont like the multi guild system, and i have nothing against their reasoning. Some people will always prefer their members to be in one guild, while others will be more flexible when it comes to multi guilding.
In the end, if having your members of your guild not be members of multiple guilds is a requirement, make them agree to said requirement when joining. That way everyone is happy, you get your giuild of single guild members, and everyone else is free to join multiple guilds if they decide to.
So, I’m in Singapore and when I saw the time that they picked for the Special Event, I guess that Anet hates Asian.
GMT 19 00
For us it would be 3am in the morning. On a Monday. sigh
EDIT: And yes, if the event is repeatable means I will be spoiled. I’d much rather be SPOILED rather than not being able to even ATTEND the event. Hope you guys see this Anet.
heres a thought… go to sleep early? Wake up at 3am? Enjoy event before you go do whatever you do in your miserable life?
here’s a thought, not everyone works a 9-5 job, some of us work odd hours to support our so called ‘miserable lives’. Giving people the option to participate in game would definitly be appreciated, and it wont be hard to do at all. Make it work like the personal story instances, so people can experience it themselves as a group or solo, without interfering with anyone else
Little bit of advice to the people doing the labyrinth for the mad kings items. The models aren’t unique to the event. Just get the recipe for the upgrade item. which i believe is from the mystic forge. For example, the light armor Mad Kings chest is just the acolyte chest with a mad kings rune in it, at least going by the gw2db chat links
Little bit of advice. Dont bother with the actual armor themselves, the models aren’t unique to the event. Just get the recipe for the upgrade item. For example, the light armor Mad Kings chest is just the acolyte chest with a mad kings rune in it
To the people complaining about there not being enough gear grinds, here’s some information for you. To start with, AreneNet has said from the start that this wouldnt be a non-stop gear treadmill mmo. Second, IT’S A LAUNCH MMO, you really expect there to be a large amount of endgame in the first month? Also, there are dynamic events that havent happened in the endgame zones yet, because there aren’t enough people to cause them to happen.
Eh im only getting butter every 5-6 bags, every other bag i get gives me stuff i can use. Then again im tailor/jc so i use everythign except wood
How about you go farm a different group of mobs that drop the same item you’re farming? You arent forced to grind one small, specific area for a single kind of item you know?
It’s actually a pretty good idea. For larger guilds, it allows them to create a second sister guild, and either move some people there or use it to invite new people too. Also, it gives people the option of joining guilds with specific focuses like WvWvW, events, roleplaying etc, and swap between them depending on what they’re doing at the time.
