Anyway, got my lost ascended weapons chest back from support. Seems they handle the stuff reasonably.

I’m not sure that would work. This might sound weird but legally you don’t own anything in the game – the gold, items, even your characters are Arenanet’s intellectual property. All you get when you buy the game is access to a service – the game and the things in it (and the opportunity to purchase access to additional services in the form of buying gems).
So from an legal perspective no one lost anything – you still have access to the service. (And one of the points on the User Agreement states that access may not be possible at all times so the down time is covered too.)
Actually i m just asking “UFC Que Choisir” what can people do about this nothing else ^^
For people who consider they lost a lot and guild wars 2 support doing nothing for them i guess you should contact a Consumer organization

Okay,to everyone who wrote something like “getting to play the game again is the compensation”. I have very limited time to play GW2. After work I can only find about 2 hours to play this game. And yesterday was the first time a miniature popped out from my Black Lion Chest. I was really happy. I invested time to make progress in this game and got an item I really wanted. But then rollback came and erased my whole progress I’ve made yesterday. Miniature, these two hours I could do something entirely else, everything. And you dare to say that “getting to play the game is the compensation”. Yes, this game is really fun, but getting to play the game is something that should be normal, not any additional compensation. To be honest I feel that ANet should at least give a token of apology. Almost every MMO does that.
i guess you should spam support so they will see a lot of people are disapointed
downtime is not a problem the problem is the wast of time in competitive mod for me or farming or something else for other people
Your compensation is the life lesson that things like this happen and despite whatever discomfort you experienced from it you managed to survive.

I submit a ticket too about what i lost and didn’t play since the Rollback. I m really disappointed about this game now. I m feeling like 15 days of spvp rush for nothing and playing other game. I really hope they will repair their mistake for disappointed people or i m pretty sure they will lose some players
i lost 8 winstreak in spvp from diam tier 6 4 pips to tier 4 0 pip and some achievements about pvp wings and i don’t understand why i lost this. I hope they will do some compensation about this wast of time because i think pvp players don’t care about those exotic stuff bugs
