Guild Wars 2

I actually got two after less than 4h total of farming Silverwastes. I farmed an hour or two when the patch came out, got nothing, and then earlier today I just logged on planning on spending an hour max in Silverwastes and got two portals within less than 2 minutes apart. I got the first one from a mob while escorting the blue pack bull and the second one from one of the mobs in front of the blue keep while defending it.

All I can say really is that the RNG is broken. I mean, I am happy I got it but I really wish they weren’t account bound, or at least that we could enter a friend’s mail address or account name and share it somehow :/

We are an English-speaking European based community that has players from all over the world. [TAC] combats all aspects of the game with members from new to very experienced. The guild started at the beginning of GW2, being one of the first guilds on Gandara to reach the 500 member cap.
At [TAC] we are friendly, helpful, social and very active; with between 140 – 170 active members at peak times. Even though we have reached our member cap, we are still looking for new members as inactive, as well as non-representing, players are removed once every other week. We also have an active Mumble server which is used to chat with other members, as well as during dungeon runs, guild missions, PvP nights and our other events, although its use is not compulsory.

Our website includes hundreds of threads to help get to know other members and talk about related topics; which is used on a daily basis with the majority of members signed up. Furthermore, we also use a Facebook page and have a YouTube channel to keep our members up to date with the latest guild news and ongoing.
In the game, our main focus is PvE; participating in constant dungeon runs, fractals, meta events and exploration. On top of this, [TAC] has its own WvW guild for members passionate about WvW, and two of our loyal members host a PvP event once a week.

We complete full Guild Mission runs on 2 different nights a week to ensure that our times suit everyone. We also challenge other aspects of the game on a monthly basis with fun prize events, which range from Jumping Puzzle Races, Riddle Scavenger Hunts, Hide and Seek, Survival Competitions, Beauty/Style Contests, Trivia, Costume Brawl Races and more. The guild also hosts a guild lottery every other month. In addition to having spontaneous events on occasion, our current schedule is:

Mon – Free Day!
Tue – Patch Day/Alternating Event Evening @ 7pm GMT +1; led by Dazola, Rexxar & Wild.
Wed – Dungeon training @ 7pm GMT +1; led by Aesha.
Thu – Guild Missions @ 7pm GMT +1; led by Aesha.
Fri – Orr Farm @ 7pm GMT +1; led by Kryss.
Sat – PvP Night @ 9pm GMT +1; led by Green & Maxi.
Sun – Guild Missions @ 3pm GMT +1; led by Kryss & Skadiline.

In addition to the schedule, at the beginning of each month we host a ‘Monthly Jumping Puzzle Achievement’ Event, in which we gather our best mesmers and port members up 12 different jumping puzzle in order for them to acquire the ‘Monthly Jumping Puzzle’ achievement.
Furthermore, once a month we organize a Guild Meet & Greet party where members get to show off their shiny gear and hang out with each other.

The main idea behind Draco Venantium (Latin for Dragon Hunters), a guild on the Gandara (EU) server, is to gather people willing to cooperate and work towards a mutual goal.At this time the main focus is on organized weekly Tequatl and Temple runs, but we are hoping Anet will introduce more Teq-like content in the future.

As the guild has a certain purpose and is already a home to many people with their own guilds, representing is NOT a must. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could represent during the events as it will help the guild grow.

All important info on events will be posted in the guild message of the day, and all events that we do will be posted on the guild’s website – dracovenantium.shivtr.com with a countdown so that people not representing 24/7 can follow up.

Last night Gandara managed to down Teq for the 7th time, and tonight we’re going for more! I’m so proud of everyone!
