The free GW2 part of the HoT expansion is for new players, so they don’t have to buy two separate packages, so it’ll have no bearing on your account if you choose to add the HoT part to an existing account.

His copy/paste post from the rule of conduct was totally useless because everybody has a duty to read it and, so, it is known and was not answering my question. I dont care as much about infraction point as i care about why Anet said that i will have to pay more because i will buy GW2 all over again. I think the expansion bring a lot of essential features but their marketing message was confusing. So if there will ever be another expansion than i will have to pay the whole amount of money 3x because if i dont i wont get the living story for which i have already pay on the first purchase. On the cover of GW2 disk is written that i will get a “Living story” but wait, i wont, it will have to be purchased separately, which is not really what i have signed for. Is that true? Anyway, just copy/paste a random text from the code of conduct, you dont really have to give me a real answer to my question.

if you played the game ls1 and 2 were free of charge, since you said you had to pay for it then you dident play those weeks.

Do you go to the store aswell and complain that you dont get that two for one deal they had a month ago today?

I have a few from ls2 but i was talking about the ls3, as long as i know ls3 will be available only on HoT and not on GW2. Sure, Anet omitted to write on the cover of the DVD that only ls1 and ls2 will be available (free or with money) for those who does not wish the upgrade.

What do infraction points have to do with the living story?

Nothing but it has to do with something else.

Simply because your posts are implying exactly that, which suggests you aren’t clearly explaining what the issue is to us.

Buying the expac has no bearing on infraction points at all. You can buy a fresh account with no infraction points, but if Anet discovers its for the same person, they could merge infractions points if the other account has them.

I guess I don’t understand why you would make a thread about termination, if there was no intention of doing something to cause said termination.

There are many thing that you dont understand and i agree, this is one of them, i was just curious about how the “system” works and what are the advantages of buying the whole game (at full price) for the 2nd time. First time i bought it i had no inf. points and several characters slots, if i buy it the 2nd time, along with the HoT content, i wont get anything that i didnt already pay for so if i pay again for it i should get some, right? Like no inf. points and some char slots, for the beginning.

And, BTW, do you realize what you ask O.o? Why would i plan to get my account terminated the day after i have spend money on the expansion?)) OMG))

Don’t break the rules of the ToS, and you won’t have to worry about having your account terminated, before or after any purchases.

On both windows i get the same result. If i try to enter the portal i get to start a new fractal with max my personal level while if i use the pop up window i cant start a fractal with level 50, but i still can not join the fractal with my friends.

Hi, i have, after the big update, a problem with the fractals, i can not join them, i always get the message to start another fractal even though people from my party are already inside. I can even create fractals level 50 even though i am level 33 for now. I have tried everything, reconnecting, waypointing all over the map, rerolling, etc. Any ideas how can i fix this? i always have to start the fractal myself and to join first even though some players invite me on 2nd or 3rd fractal.

Usually most 40 years old fat guys have women characters, how can i direct the F word to a sex as long as most users have females characters but in real life they are not and there is no way to know to what sex the users belong to. This is available for the race too, if i use a Asura that doesnt mean than i am Chinese.

And is a group more important than a individual? if i get mistreated i dont really care if there where some other people mistreated from the same reason, even though we all belong to the group mistreated from the same reason.

Number of reports is irrelevant.
If you get reported by 1 person and you have broken the ToS, you will be punished.
If you get reported by 150 people and have not broken the ToS you will not be punished.

We are talking about the duration of the ban.

And this is why you have a week-long ban. In answer to your question, the ‘next time’ it will likely be permanent.

You might consider reigning in your in-game/on-forum speech to avoid further permanent action.

I have noticed that, from a few hours to a week, LOL, but thanks for telling me that, LOL. Just to be clear, on my first ban i got a few hours, on my 2nd i got 1 week.

So what’s your question? Why did it go from a few hours to a week? Because that is the way Anet decided to punish repeat offenders. I’ve never heard of a few hour suspension that must be somewhat new. It is usually 72 hours (3 days) for a first offense.

If you disagree with the length your suspension you can always submit a support ticket.

Anyway, hopefully you have learned your lesson so as to avoid even longer suspensions in the future.

well, yea, first was probably 12 hours or 24 but not more, so i didnt even noticed. OFC i dont want a permanent ban but i have heard about so many accounts terminated without a good reason, i didnt knew what to think. Anyway, i will do my best to behave.

most likely you directed at someone. Cussing will not get you banned but directing towards someone in a degrading or demeaning way. They probably did a week because you did not learn from the few hours.

Well, if there is a 2nd offence than u didnt learn, that is obvious, and you get mute for a few hours or ban 1-2 days on other games, but 1 week?

Hi, i got a 1 week ban for verbal abuses, is my 2nd offence, first was a few hours ban. How can i get a whole week ban for saying the F word a couple of times? what next, a month? permanent? my head on a stick? :S
