Those are good ideas, bad thing that they flushed my account of trusted IPs when they restored it. anyway I’ll do that. and I’ll report what happened next for those who are interested

I would do that but there’s a set of 4 pictures that must be added to the report to prove my point and that can’t be done in a ticket.

3 days ago, my account was hacked, and 20 mins from now I got it back thanks to the support team. And what grasped my eye at first glans was a new person in my friend list.
first thing that came to my mind is this is the hacker’s in game account. so I whispered him saying “hello there. do you remember me?” and he replied with “kitten* you :^)”… so i just wanted to ask is there any way for me to ask the support team to match the IP for this account with my hackers?

Hopefully not many of you have been affected by this “bug” since the latest patch. Its not a bug, its being caused by software on your machine interfering with the file “CoherentUI_Host.exe”. (Think antivirus etc)

Add this file to exceptions and restart your game client and the issue will be resolved."
