The searing cauldrons spawning the massive crystals also bring Kralkatorrik to mind.
Hello,
I am a proud owner of more than one kasmeer staff, and of course I had to pay for each one of them separately.
When the wardrobe comes out, may I expect gem refund on multiple gemstore-bought skins?
Cheers,
A.

We are certainly not ignoring the forums, the lack of red posts is because I have been running around trying to get the issues you report fixed as quickly as possible and I have not always had the time to follow up on your threads and let you know!
Because writing “we hear you, we’re checking it, stay tuned for more info, sorry no ETA for now” is so time-consuming. I appreciate you are looking into this and trying to do your work the best you can, but please do not resort to silly excuses.
I am not going into the discussion if these are footprints, or not, but we actually did see someone that big. The possibility that it was him who could have left the footprints is very remote, though.

The only reason 250 doubloons cost 500g is because someone with 500g WANTS THEM MORE THAN YOU DO.
No, that is one of the reasons, but not the only one. The main reason why they cost so much is extremely low supply. Precursor-level low.
And changing stats is not niche. I wouldn’t even be considering Juggernaut if not for it (i consider it rather ugly), and would be content with my ascended hammer.
Why not make several ascended then? Even if you use 5 different stats it would be cheaper.
In my guild people change stats on legendaries couple times a day. People do WvWvW/dungeons/open PvE and choose for different stats in different content, depending on what is handy. It’s a really nice feat.
And the legendaries will never age. Ascended items can become outdated one day; legendaries never will. Plus, to carry around 5 weapons sets occupies your inventory (:
Its a cosmetic, so its worth it if you like the skin, no matter the price. I definatly would build a juggernaut even if a stack silver doubloons would cost 1000g.
After the recent update when legendaries can change stats at whim and will always stay on the highest item level, it is no longer a cosmetic item.
Suggestion:
What if it was possible to convert higher-tier dubloons into lower-tier ones? Imagine a mini-game that is similar to gambling, you put a dubloon of your choice on stake, and have a (for example)
- 25% chance of getting it back;
- 15% chance of getting a higher-tier one;
- 20% chance of getting two lower-tier ones;
- 15% chance of getting three higher-tier ones;
- 25% of getting nothing at all.
Someone with more gambling could think better win/loss scheme and what to do for bidding lowest/highest tier items, this is just a general idea; but it would bring the “luck” factor back to dubloons (:
Alternatively, you could salvage a higher-tier one with a chance of getting either some dust or some worthless gray item or 1-3 lower-tier dubloons. Less exciting, and makes less sense, but possible…
Hey everyone! We’ve found that there is indeed an issue with Mad King Says rewards and are currently looking into a fix.
If you didn’t receive the mask, try participating in Mad King Says using a character that did not receive a Mad King Says reward (Witch’s Hat) last year. This should get around the issue and let you get the Mask of the Night.
Mad King Says runs until Friday Nov 1st at 9AM PDT, so you will still have an opportunity to participate. Thanks for your patience!
I did that. I just received 1! Treat-or-trick bag. Still not mask…
There is a dev answer in the other thread. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/livingworld/tower/Kessex-Blood-Witch-respawns-infrequently/first#post3116963
Again, I do not know where do you get that information from, as it is not mentioned on that page.
And, again, no need to try to insult me.
The information is right there. I gave you the link. Since you’re rude, I’ll leave you to it.
No, sweetheart, it’s a list of events, with no indication whatsoever that they should or should not precede each other.
Well, my dear, maybe you should show me where it says one is a pre to the other.
In such cases, you have a clear indication, as in here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defeat_the_shadow_behemoth
No event is listed for the krait witch.
Also, as I already mentioned, we have tested it with the events around the lake.
Please, I understand you are trying to be helpful, but you are knocking on the wrong door.
Edit: I tried guesting, she spawned out of the blue after ~15 minutes, I killed her and got loot and still no credit for the achievement.
(edited by Alicja.4539)
This one doesn’t, according to wiki, and, on top of that, we have tried all the other events around the lake in a combination of failing and succeeding, with no luck.
Please do not take us for idiots.
Hey, I think there is something wrong with the krait witch in Timberline Falls… we killed her, got no achievement, and now she did not spawn for over 90 minutes. Is anyone else having similar issues?
