I find raids being in this game kinda funny, tho. Besides the supposed “challenging content” raids are suppose to be, in general they’re there to grant players a way to gaining even greater gear than what you certainly possess. From what I’m hearing, you need ascended gear to grind content that’s going to ONE DAY amount to you getting legendary armor that isn’t going to be any stronger than the ascended gear you needed to do the said content in… now I’m just left wondering why all the other MMOs didn’t implement this first.

I’d probably be willing to accept P/P as a single-target class if that single target damage was actually decent.
But no, all that’s happened is nerf, nerf and nerf. They might as well just delete Thief altogether for the ‘purity’ of the game as a whole.

It just sounds like the some BS people cried over when they added adrenaline degen/loss on Warriors months ago because, you know, having that applied to the Warrior profession made them unplayable, right? Did all the people back then roll Thiefs or something? Looks like your going to roll something else now, huh? Ha, I hope you have better luck with your next choice!

That’s not what we are saying at all, and Ricochet did not turn thieves into an entirely luck-based play style. No need to be so disparaging, dude.
Whats so disparaging about agreeing with you, wanting ricochet back into the game, and also having all other traits function as this one does?
The best part about ricochet was how unpredictable it could behave. And thats where Anet F’d up, not making every other trait as unpredictable as this one was. What they don’t get is the community doesn’t want a game based on skill, but a game more based on luck, like DBZ Ultimate Tenkaichi(rock, paper, scissors) or a D&D game(dice rolls). Start playing attention Anet!!

Thats just what this game seems to be nowadays. Screw having choices in classes and builds, the fanbase doesn’t deserve or appreciate that aspect. This game should have just been a WoW clone.

Can someone explain why this is somehow “wrong.” Yeah it sucks but again, why should Anet start setting off suspensions and bans because you get kicked to make room for a good friend, or because someones a jerk. Ok, someones a jerk…what can Anet do?
You can add a requirement to list a reason for the kick (see TF2 kicking, with more options), but really, why should Anet go berserk on people just for being jerks.
How is this not wrong? You and I should run fractals sometime and you should let me kick you every time for kittens and giggles on the boss fractal. You spend time and effort into doing dungeons and fractals, etc. only to get kicked at the end, and most of the time with no explanation. Way the hell shouldn’t these players pay some from of penalty for childish stuff like this?
