Guild Wars 2

I can’t get the option to buy from the skritt heart merchant after completing the story and map completion. I had the option yesterday but when hearts reset and I completed it again, I lost the option to buy from him.

Last night when sPVP broke I was stuck in a match. Today I log in and I no longer stuck in a match. However, when I queue up for unranked I never get an invite to join a match. I have left the queue and restarted it but still no invite. I have been in queue for over 25 minutes now and my guild mates are getting into matches after 3 minutes on adverage. Please help.

Stuck in sPVP match as well. I also tried to log into another character, that character was just pulled into the sPVP and can’t leave.
