2 times i had experienced Fractal Of The Mist loading screen not response, checked task manager and it’s shows no response from the game and need to force closed. Please fix this ASAP as it’s ruined the fun when you almost finished the whole level, got nothing and you gonna start it all over again.

Just an opinion, the concept of fotm is great but please can you let people who disconnected can go back in to the team?!

Submit a ticket need key in Chinese character to verify?

My old problem already a month (120904-003245) and still have no solution provide ( The ticket even closed! How dare you!) and today I wanna submit another ticket for other issue (Chalice of Glory Tome of Influence never received) and you need me to type in Chinese to verify. Are out of your mind?! Thanks for that now that I can never submit any tickets.

River Drake Broodmother Challenge: No option to activate the event, seems someone activated it but the drake broodmother are in neutral state, cant be attacked. (updated: after few ten mins, it works again….. )

Orvar’s Glen skill point: Nothing are there (seems like someone post it already)

Also there are so much bug regarding to the world event, some of them stucked at some point and cant go further.

Misleading on display currency

I request a full refund regarding to my latest purchase from your Gem Store. When I would like to check out the price of gems selling and it shows “Select your country. This allows us to display the correct currencies and payment methods for your country……..” And then I typed in Hong Kong which actually preset with the game already and process to the final payment page and everything were smooth and I’ve got all my items. Hour later I checked my credit card bills and they told me that the whole transaction was in USD and it’s totally misleaded by your statement “display the correct currencies for your country” (Hong Kong never used USD as “OUR” currency) I think your company should seriously looking into this matter as it’s a real money matter. I would suggest that you may use USD instead of the “$” sign in game. Again, a full refund is much apperiated and you may just reverse all my item get from the store. See attachment for the statement that display right before price of the gems.

Added: I think there may have little something to do with your statement too, it’s seems like this not only one single region problem at all.
