So I was just curious as to what your preferred stunbreak skills are on Engineer.
For skips – slick shoes/elixir S.
When I need reflect – elixir U.
When I just need stunbreak – egun.
and poor stability access which makes having that back-up stunbreak all the more important.
5.5 sec group wide stability on 17.5(20) sec cooldown is not that bad.
You can sleep between events ;)
It seems to be a strange bug with flamethrower and mortar kit projectiles when I use them at maximum range. If I use an ability (napalm from flamethrower or any fields from mortar kit) and take a several steps back before the projectile has landed, it lands in front of the target location, i.e. it “moves” back with me.

Other similar builds I’ve seen though are right on the threshold and losing 4% duration will drop some of your burns by 1 tick. e.g. If a 5 sec burn becomes a 4 sec burn, you’ve just lost 20% of your DPS from that skill.
You don’t lose one tick in that case, last tick just do less damage.

Lose the 40% condition duration from that and your condition DPS drops by about 25%.

So running this build will cost you about 0.4 gold per hour.
Super Veggie Pizzas – 36% condi duration and cost 4s per hour.
I presume it’s because no queueing actually happens when instant skills are used.

I have done some tests. This bug only occurs with trait “Static Discharge”.
- Skill queues do not work for skill with cast times if a Toolbelt skill was previously used.
Will work after instant toolbelt skills (Incendiary Ammo).
i have experienced a bug with queueing my bombs.
example: big ol bomb -> smokebomb

I’ve found out, that abilities with cast time don’t work (jump shot, grenades, bombs, blunderbuss, acid bomb, another toolbelt skill with cast time etc). But fast abilities work with no problem (net shot, overcharged shot etc).

Is it new to this patch?
Yes. Before patch I can use other abilities immediately after grenade barrage and regenerating mist.
(add: this is bug of “Static Discharge” trait)

I can add on to this. Orbital Strike doesn’t seem to allow anything to be “queued” after it.
It’s not only Orbital Strike, but all engineer’s toolbelt skills with cast time (regeneratin mist, grenade barrage etc). Really irritating problem.

Can’t wait to see challenging group content in gw2.
I’ve been playing solo q’s non stop for the past idk 5 days, i’ve yet to have a single leaver/afk. So i’m gonna say your being slightly dramatic.
Same. Played 80 games and don’t see a single leaver or get stomped by premade. I like how matchmaking system working.
I think we need support of russian characters in chat without third party software.
It also makes buying a waypoint utterly pointless when a single person has the ability to keep it under permanent lockdown.
I think the better way to lockdown waypoints is when certain amount of damage per time is sustained on walls/doors defenses.
Got the same problem today.
I hope Anet reconsider their decision about new tier gear.
I’d like to see more such puzzles in future events. Clocktower was fantastic.
