I logged in today and was prompted to receive my second achievement chest with the weapon skins and chose the option to save for later. When I relogged I was prompted to receive the first chest again instead of the second chest. After accepting this chest for the second time I am no longer able to receive the chest for the weapon skins. This appears to be a bug.
This dungeon is not only bugged due to the traps, but Detha also bugs out and will sometimes not allow you to even fight the last boss.
I can attest to this. Same bug happened to me twice in a row.
Path 2 has been bugged since the dungeon patch. Detha will block progression right at the end. This causes a lot of grief and is making path 2 unplayable. It’s become a huge time waster. Hoping for a fix soon.
If the person who enters a dungeon for your party leaves during the dungeon (regardless of how far you have gone) everyone will be kicked from the instance. I really think that this needs to be changed. I just spent 2 hours in Arah, only for the person who entered to leave, and hence kick the rest of us out. Not only does this waste everyone’s time, it causes people to reconsider doing dungeons all together. Especially those that are so time consuming like Arah. The person who left didn’t even know that this happens. Can we please get this changed?
@Zeivu: What did you file your ticket under? I filed mine under refunds. Not sure if it matters, but it could be why yours is taking longer.
@Dilukum I changed my sylvari with the glow tab open, and still have no glow effect.
When did you submit your ticket? There is a section in the forums for tickets that are more than 3 days old. You can post your ticket number there to get faster assistance. I’m surprised you haven’t been refunded yet, considering it only took about 4 hours to get my refund.
I had the same problem. The devs confirmed that this is a bug with the makeover kits. It has not been fixed yet. If you send a support ticket, they will refund the gems used to buy the kits. Good luck!
@Zeivu : I just received an e-mail from the support team that the gems were refunded to my account.
Just got the refund of gems. Thanks Arena net! I will save the gems until the bug is fixed.
Having no refunds is fine if the item is not being advertised as something it isn’t. If I knew this item would ruin my Sylvari, I never would have purchased it in the first place… Regardless of policy, if an item is faulty, it should be refunded…
There is absolutely no reason why they cannot refund the money paid for the makeover kits. just put it back on the card it was purchased from. Any business that says they are unable to refund money is lying. There would be no refund section in support if they couldn’t! Just refund the money, and we can buy another kit when the bugs are fixed.
I had the same issure with my sylvari glow. Used two make-over kits… waste of money unfortunately. Would really like a refund. :-/ I submitted a ticket as well
I am also unable to change the glow of my sylvari when using a make-over kit. I’ve wasted two already, and still have no glow. I checked and double checked that before I made the change the intensity was at max. I want a refund for both kits. Either in cash, or two new make-over kits, along with a bug fix. :-/
