Hello,
I’ve send a ticket concering account issue (not about ban or compromised account) on sunday morning and I still didn’t get any reply.
Now, in Game Status Updates Arena.net only gives info about status of tickets/ETA related to bans/compromised accounts issues (72 hours for now, if I remember it right).
What about people with other issues? How long should I expect to wait?

If you get one please come here and write if Arena.net was able to recover your Serial Number.

I have a similar issue – I bought the game directly from buy.guildwars2.com, I received email with serial code, and some time after registering the game using that code I deleted the email. I just didn’t expect it to be needed any further, since I already used it. But now I read that in cases with compromised accounts we should include that serial number in our tickets, so I got scared if some day my account will be stolen I would be not able to retrieve it witout the number…
I sent a ticket about it few days ago (number 120902-001774) but didn’t receive reply so far.
