High number of AP does NOT mean high capacity of the player .. but it means high experience .. which is a different thing … it means that the player knows (99% of cases) what to do without running the risk of having a person who is not a team know what to do.
Hello everyone I’m Annie Lu veteran gw2 former leader of a large guild disbanded unfortunately a few months ago. I am looking for a nice Italian guild and available in order to provide my experience in this beautiful game.

Unfortunately, the main problem is this: to date, there is a huge gap between the levels of the players are the elite veteran and there are novices. This gap was filled by the guild gw1 because the veteran was offering teaching at the novice and the latter in exchange for the service offered inside. Lfg and multi guild gw2 mode allow you to play casual gamer with maximum freedom and this collaboration there is almost no more. Result: everyone makes for themselves and nothing else.
I think it’s fair to have the “elite” the problem is that newbies do not want to learn to play and pretend to be able to already know how to do everything. They should join a guild and find someone willing to teach them what to do. But why a veteran should waste his time to help a rookie?
I have always considered the guild mates as one of the errors made by ANet and contrary to the philosophy of gw1 … but for those who use this method certainly would be helpful
As long as there are people who play continuously WvW considering this as an end game A Net did not feel any need to develop new PvE content; WvW was a brilliant idea of A Net to trap people in a content empty and reusable indefinitely in which you can ’lose infinite time. this only meant to be a challenge to see if others think like me (though …….).
