Hi all, I am not sure what happened. I went to apple service and what they did only scan the hardware and try to reinstall 10.8.4. Since I haven’t do the back up , so I did not reinstall the OS yesterday and do the backup first. When I went back home to join GW2 game, it did not crash for over an hour and run smoothly. Now I guess I need to wait the new driver of my gaming mouse, it seems doesn’t’t work properly in 10.8.4. Thanks all again.

I already submitted the ticket and the support instructed me to delete the GW2 folder and the problem still exist , then they instructed me to delete the local.dat file & .plist file. Again, the problem persist, I have no idea what went wrong except I updated the OSX to 10.8.4 recently.

Hi, my Mac Book Pro spec: OS X 10.8.4 i7 2.2 16 GB RAM Graphic: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1GB RAM. I recently upgrade to 10.8.4 and the error code is 5 (don’t know what exactly mean). Hope I could have some hints. Thanks a lot.

My case even worst then, it crashed when I playing Pve without lots of action. It just keep crashing after playing the game about 10 mins.

I successfully updated the GW2, but it keeps crash after playing the game about 10 mins. Anyone has the same problem? please help

I also keep crashing too. I am using Mac Beta and spec : i7 2.2 16g RAM ATI Radeon graphic card 512M (forgot exact the model no) It keeps crashing since the last batch,pls anyone can help?!

I had the same problem too. The game just crash and don’t know what kind of the problem is? Hope it can fixed this problem as soon as possible.

I am crashing constantly too since the last patch. However, I am using Mac Beta Client, so not sure what cause the problem.

I had the same problem, too. I am not sure the error code and I am using Mac beta client. I did upgrade the OS to 10.8.4 recently, so I am not sure what cause the problem. Hope it can be fixes as soon as possible.
