Instead of requiring 2 clicks to do each of the three things that the inventory management button does, can we have separate buttons each for depositing all collectibles, compacting, and showing/hiding the bags? It would be three buttons in the top right instead of just one. They could grey out or be colored based on whether they’re active or not. Just saving a click would be nice.
Thanks

When they implemented the animation for the circles, I was cheering. The circles now spike above the ground and it makes it far easier to see given its sporadic movement. However, when that suddenly disappears because the telegraph circle is mistakenly appearing below ground, that’s when I have a problem.

I can’t seem to beat her because I can’t see the circles for two reasons. One: I’m colorblind, which would normally be fine except for… Two: The telegraph animation circles aren’t appearing level with the floor. Rather, they’re appearing underground.

It’s not an MS only topic, it clearly says “vision” in the thread title. I just want to know why the circles are appearing underground for me.

The circles that are intended to telegraph Liadri’s circles are not appearing on the arena floor properly. Normally, I have enough trouble as it is, being colorblind and all. But ANet did a great job of fixing the circles with that little spiky thing they do now. However, that spiky animation is not appearing on top of the floor, rather it is appearing under. Combined with my colorblindness, it makes the fight impossible.

Here is a link showing the problem with Liadri’s circles:

As you can see, the spikiness that was added to combat the difficulty of the red circles for colorblind people is not appearing properly.

Well… For me there are two problems. First is that I am colorblind and it makes it hard enough. SECOND! is that the circles are actually appearing below the ground.

What color are the arena floors? I can’t really tell, but they appear to be green. I’m asking this because I can not see the red enemy-AoE circles at all. If I do, it’s because I notice maybe one or two shades of the spikes coming out of the ground, and that’s only if my camera angle is just right. It’s making the gauntlets very difficult to accomplish for a colorblind guy.

Well from the way Guanglai described it, it’s not a useful ascription because it doesn’t do what it says it does. But I’m still not sure what it’s theorized to do or be. What is an Anchor?
Dragonbrand
I’m very new to Guardian end-game/PvE/fractals, but I’m loving it so far. I’ve been goofing off on the forums a bit, looking for good builds and gear choices. I keep coming across this idea of an “Anchor Guardian” but I can’t seem to nail down a definition for what an “Anchor” is. Is it someone who is capable of remaining stationary and keeping aggro while maximizing survivability, or something else?
Thanks for your replies.

Well, general interest in each race eventually let me to give the Sylvari a try. I am playing with my wife, and she really likes plants, so it seemed like a good fit. We started, and from the moment I heard my character’s voice it was the race for me. The grove is fantastic and beautiful. Their love for exploration and adventure drew me in as well, as I’m an explorer kind of gamer.
So far, I have enjoyed their ability to show wisdom, knowledge, and experience despite their young age. This is a mystery to other races, but obvious to any Sylvari: we have a Dream! I loved the Emerald Dream from Warcraft lore, and the druid’s connections to nature and the world through this dream. Once again I see that spiritual connection through shared experience with other Sylvari, that is specifically NOT shared with other races. That kind of bond is really attractive.
