Pretty much what Aufero said. Nothing is Soulbound on Acquire anyways so just use alts for your various crafting skills. I must admit that it does seem like a fairly pointless limitation because of the easy workaround, but I don’t see why you would complain about it either.
I am curious about Anet’s reasoning behind the fee though.
