how can i access an account again if both me and former owner has no access to the gw2 support page because were locked out cause of email authentication.

he cannot submit a ticket through the account because hes locked out.
i cannot submit a ticket because im locked out.

i have been using the account for half a month now. so i have the credentials (password account control etc) but got locked out when my modem hard-reset.

IAM the account owner now. the only thing thats barring me and the former account owner is that we no longer have access to the email account used on the gw2 account hence locking us out.

i have tried submitting a ticket on my main account to no avail. i have very important things inside and that account is essential to me.

this can be a question topic too, ill just copy paste my report from my email

recently did a lvl 50 fractal of the mist run, done with that and got a daily chest which contains a pristine relic, gold and a ring. moved on and did a lvl 40 fractal of the mist run soon after. didnt get any daily reward which should contain gold, a pristine relic and either a ring a skin or a chest.

additional info: personal reward level is 36.
did fractal 50 at 11 AM SEA time
did fractal 40 at 12 pm SEA time

shouldnt i get a chest?

(crafted) corrupted axe unlocked, (precursor) etched skeggox locked.

shouldnt it unlock both?
