I see people getting all types of ascended boxes from the Tequat’l fight.
I think it would make sense if they removed all ascended weapon box rewards from the fight and replace them with Tequatl weapon chekitten inkittenead.
i can confirm this. got a fractal scepter skin i was saving in my bank. after the patch it became a statless scepter that i could equip and would not give me the option to transmute on to another scepter.
Its always been like this. You get a weapon that has damage but no stats. You have to use a transmutation stone to give it stats.
Put the aetherblade weapon skins in the gemstore or something.
Hopefully with update tomorrow, they’re in the gemstore or something.
Are these weapons going to be available to the players or are they NPC weapons only?
Does Diminishing returns effect the results of opening the crates???
I know it effects the drop rate of the crates already
Since theres no armor, are the weapons going to be RNG dropped like FoTM.. please say it isn’t so……
For every dungeon let there be an instance to select where all your guild members can join at one time.
-Have the difficulty of each mob scale with the total number of members in the dungeon at that time.
-Have mobs all over the map, use the whole dungeon to place mobs
-Have the final boss appear only after every mob is cleared in the dungeon.
Rewards ?? commendations I guess and all that normal stuff. 60 tokens too.
The RNG is disgusting. I wanted the fractal sword, but I ended up getting Bolt quicker. Crazy.
Been doing 48 every day for so long looking for a fractal sword has burnt me out. I actually wish I spent that time working on getting Bolt instead.

After I got the greatsword I pretty much stopped doing fractals which was around February. I was doing fractals 5 times a day had 2 characters at 40s(Two 28 runs, Two 38 runs and a 48 run) It’s kind of obvious they have it obtainable the way it is so that you keep playing if you could use tokens you would eventually get what you want.

They just need to add a token like everyone has stated. Either it be a rare drop from the daily chest or by throwing Unwanted FoTM skins into the Mystic Forge for one. I ran 48 everday for 2 months, received skins, but never the one I wanted. I have 2 bank tabs full of tokens..sigh
I use to have 3 Different groups I could run 48 with, now none of those people will go. The RNG burnt us all out

i.e.
CoE weapons base color you can change, but you can not change the red particle effects.
Fractal back piece glows blue no matter what but you can change the silver portions of it.
I just want to be able to dye quivers really.

To make it distinct, maybe restricting dye color on the particle effects.
Guild missions were created and aimed for large groups to do. There is plenty of content that small guilds can do already. If small guilds should be allowed to do this large group content, I should be able to solo all dungeons.
So is it fair that my 2-10 member guild be able to do this content with ease???
What does this have to do with being ‘fair?’ In what way does a small guild’s ability to start missions impact anything related to a large guild’s efforts? Are we headed back to the dismal time of gear-based posturing, of being an extra-special elite based on what you can acquire in game?
Small guilds want reasonable access to content in a game that is not raid focused, that has no real reason for huge guilds. I’m not joining a big guild. I’ve done that, hated it, & no game is worth the annoyance. I’m not interested in large scale social interaction – I prefer a close knit group. It seems I’m not alone in this. Maybe this is a personality difference – some people are by nature more private. But how this turned out to be an offense to big guilds, I don’t know. It seems to me quite the other way around.
I am not in a big guild, I have 3 members in my guild. Im just saying this was designed for those people who wanted the large group interaction and it hasn’t bothered me at all. I am still doing all the pve and wvw available to me.

That is 100% incorrect Larger Group DOES NOT Equal more Challenging in fact its considerably easier. Heres the Numbers to prove my statement In WoW Theory crafting 10 / 25man.
In 25man Raids 2 Tanks 3 Healers 20 DPS if 1 DPS died thats only a lose of 5% man power on a boss fight.
In 10man Raids 2 Tanks 2 Healers 6 DPS if 1 DPS dies thats a lose of 17% man power
In GW2 Everyone is DPS Hybrid if 1 Person dies thats a lose of 20%!!! man power
Plus this is the first real content patch and its not easly accessiable for smaller guilds thats 100% UNFAIR

Invalid argument-any small Guild can find random strangers/friends from other Guilds to do Dungeons. They need not be in the same Guild to achieve this, nor does all your game friends need to be in the same Guild.
You have to be in their party though.
The only thing I see wrong with the whole implementation is the rewards for your character for doing Guild Missions should be achievable in other ways.

I think your right. All the mystic weapons are blue except for the Spike. I reported it in game yesterday. Right now it looks exactly like the CoE Dagger.
