I was nodding my head and agreeing with you until I saw PvP/WvW stand point. Rangers are good there, its PVE where they are garbage

What makes Rangers garbage in PvE? In open world, they can solo the content no problem. In dungeons, they can give support though Spotter and a Frost Spirit to boost the group’s DPS up, while their damage is practically on par with Warriors. Just because a class isn’t as easy to play as other classes, doesn’t mean it’s garbage.

I agree with this Ranger to play properly is more difficult then others Egin is a bit tricky as well. I haven’t had a problem really with ranger in pve as much as I do in pvp/wvw. That just me so far I am no pro at ranger.

Well regardless the unbalance is an issue period, and when comparing to other class they do fall short.

So the ranger class was my favorite class back in gw1 and I enjoyed it more so then any other. That being said I deeply love gw2 a lot I have to say well done. However I am deeply disappoint in the balance of the classes specially for ranger I have played almost every class so far and I do enjoy them all.
There is no real advantage to playing a ranger anything a ranger can do a warrior,thief can do better on top of that also I find it a bit odd that the game has been out for a while and there is this much of a balance problem. I really wish rangers were looked into more carefully this is all from a PvP/WvW stand point.
