yea sure we are not in vegas and we talk about guildwars2. The only real end goal is to craft a legendary and the main part is based on gambling sure but if they release a new and safe way than they still should give us something in return since we had no other choice..ofc if you believe in unicorn than you can always hope for a precursor to drop from loot but yea you dont believe in unicorns do you?
And saving gold for precursor is madness since the price is going up daily and alot of people just cannot earn 20+ g daily.

what the players want more content? yea we sure should deliver that..here you get a new mini!! go and have fun good boy

this game lost all my support. I dont even care if they release a new way to get precursor since i would still feel like a loser and the other players would get that item much easier while i got nothing for spending hours to farm for rares and waste them to get NOTHING!
They better give us who used tons of gold and failed to forge the precursor ,something in return so we dont feel like baboons.

welcome buddy. i have lost almost 1k gold now and still not a single precursor.
I would be soo mad if anet release a new future and everyone gets a precursor easily and people like us get nothing as a compensation.
You know like people with multiple dye got unid. dye back? they could give us something back to… otherwise i would not even think about spending any € on gems anymore..

Got another 300g now..resiously thinking about doing the gamble again and it will be the last chance..if i fail than ill take a loooooooooooooong break
i would have to save another 800g if i refure to gamble..and by that time the pre would cost 200g more..
any tipps for me ?

im totaly in rage now since i have wasted over 500+ exotics and twice the amount of rares and no precursor drop for me.
And i will never again try my luck in the mf and get kittend and so will alot of people feel and we will see pre prices over 2k in the fututre since only a handfull of players will get lucky drops and among them alot will use the pre to get a legendary themselfs. have fun guys!!

well maybe we need to put 1000more of this threads from one kind in the… so anet would pay kitten attention to us and actually do something.

i have no idea if the Anet dev. have played the game and tried to craft one legendary weapon but the part of the crafting where you need the precursor ir just a bad joke.
Getting the T6 Materials and the mystic clovers was time consuming but it was a pretty step forward progression and it was actually fun to do it and the same with the rest of the gifts you need for the legendary.
However the precursor is something totaly different. I have tried my luck with 200 exotic lv 80 items today and no precursor and i have done it with 300+ lv 80 exotic´s befor so over 500 exotic items of the same type and not a single precursor and i can not tell if ill get one after putting 500+ more exotic in the mf and i have done atleast the same amount with lv80 rares.
I could farm another hundreds of hours and just buy the weapon from another player but that would mean that everything i have done befor was simply for nothing and wasted time,energy and so on and i would feel even more like a loser.
Every step to creating the legendary is well thought and designed except this part.
Bad job anet really bad job.
Sorry for telling you but hey you make me feel bad too for spending kitten tons of time and achieving nothing,zero,nada,nichts…
Plus i would feel even worse if you update the game and make getting the precursor 5times easier in the future and would feel kittend for wasting so much.

Are you playing in custom arenas, ArenaNet hotjoin servers, or tournaments?

playing hotjoin since 2-3hours but suddenly the progression stopped after winning a match.Just played another match right after that and the progression was still stuck.
So i went back to characterselection and logged in again and played one more hotjoin and again no progression.

just play the game and the gold will come as a byproduct.
Enjoy every aspect of the game is my advice for long term motivation… what do you need the gold for? buying skins ? and than go farming again? cool if you like it but why not just playing the game and you will be surprised how much gold you gain if you dont think about it and just play the game
