Removing the queue system is a big step back. You now have to constantly open the wvw window and select which wvw to join….constant clicking! annoying im afraid

I know of 3 ppl in the same guild as me (we have 150 members) who has had their accounts terminated ‘by mistake’ it appears. Its widespread.

Although i agree Anet has to tackle these kinds of things, I am incredibly disapointed in their lack of support.

Ok im afraid my patience has just about run out.

for what its worth my ticket number is:121025-002276

in a few hours, i have been waiting 3 days. If it is not resolved by then, I will contact my credit card company to initiate a refund of both my account and gem purchase which i never received from your trading post.

I wont be doing it through your ‘request a refund ticket system’ because Anet is clearly unable to provide an acceptable support system.

I am 41 years old, being treated like a child.

I did, for doing nothing. But i wouldnt agree with ‘No reason’ as if the account was compromised then there was a reason. A mistake in my case i believe and when my account is reinstated i will never use my credit card on the trading post again (as i believe that incredibly that was the reason).

I’m into day 2 of not being able to play with only 1 response saying ‘theyre looking into it’. No idea how long im supposed to wait.

i know of guild members who have also been banned in the last 2 days for ‘doing nothing’. It appears widespread.

I tried to buy gems ingame from the trade post and ended up getting banned 24 hours later because my card company flagged the transaction as fraud. I spoke to them to tell them the transaction is fine.

I have paid for the gems, i have not received them and been banned.

Terrible.

Well unfortunately i still cannot get access to the game, nor have i received any communication from Anet.

This is incredibly disapointing. How do i go about getting a refund? Do i just call my credit card company and reverse the payment? I have done nothing to deserve this treatment.

Hello,

It seems my account has possibly been compromised, however i cannot tell as i cant even login.

When i do try and login, i get a message basically saying ‘Your account has been terminated due to selling gold for real life money!’.

I have not, and would not do so. I have played this game from the start (daily) and always played by the rules.

I have raised a ticket to find out what is going on.

However, i would add. A few days ago i tried to buy gems using the ingame trading post and my credit card failed, due to my card supplier thinking the transaction was possible fraud. They telephoned me to check, and i say its fine its me and they said the transaction will go through as normal. I have not received the gems.
Has this got something to do with it?

Additionally looking in my email, i can see someone from china tried twice to login to my account but failed.
