I remember watching that podcast haha, that would be a fairly cool idea to implement. Some other ideas i had were Hellhounds maybe and spirits with inscriptions on their faces/that sort of thing

So i’m not sure if this already has been done but what about a thread containing what minion ideas we may have for necromancers? and a legendary staff while we’re at it? Can be drawn or digitally made, would be interesting to see what you guys can come up with, i’ll submit something too if my drawing skills aren’t too rusty.

As much as i don’t like fighting against MM necros i have to agree with the OP, minions should be alot more resilient in team fights as long as you spec for it. and if we get turned to moa’s, make the minions little moas too

If you want to change into an animal just choose norn as your race. They have 4 different skills that do it.
Except they are gimmicky at best, with super long cooldowns and yeah, I figure it will take a lot of resources but it wouldn’t hurt to suggest it.
besides, can’t use racial elites in spvp.
For some reason, whenever the npc’s are attacked either in rapid sucession by small hits or attacked with a few large hits after cc they give off the blocked message, the most usual occasion for this is after they complete a dodge roll or after i attempt a backstab after c&ding them with basilisk venom it’s a fairly annoying occurence. Just wondering if this is happening to any other person or if it’s just me.
I had an idea, would it be feasible to give the ranger utilites and maybe a trait tree dedicated to transforming into animals? Somewhat like the norn racial elites but, maybe different animals or something? just thought it would be a nice alternative to rangers who don’t want to rely on/use the pet. Feel free to criticize add suggestions or how you think this woud be able to be done. thanks for reading!
the damage on daggers comes from other attacks, just like the rest of warrior axe attacks are utility(cripple, vuln) not including the burst ability since that’s a profession skill. Also the dagger chain is much easier to land than the axe attack chain due to it’s speed, at least to me.

Thief auto attack has utility such as a condition and slight endurance regen. All the warrior one does is damage. And if build glass cannon auto attack for thief auto attack can hit hard enough to get the job done.
I have another one to share, quite proud of it too.
Was in a PUG when foe fire was the tournament map and in the middle a large battle was going on. one of my teammates got downed by an ele who was preparing to stomp them when i charged up a basilisk venom that just got off cool-down and used steal to freeze them in mid-air, heart seeker the little of their life that was left and revive my teammate.

My favourite was when i was sttomping a tough condi thief after an intense battle and as he ported away, i used steal to finish the stomp unhindered.
