Yes, I noticed this as well.

Several days ago it was all fine, but when I tried engineer,like two days ago,as a sylvari there was no cutscene after beating dream sequence. It’s a big bug for someone who didn’t experienced ,or want to experience again, sylvari story line.

People finding it offensive are…..I’m at loss here. No comment.

Other thing is that this prank is nothing else as annoying and useless thing. I’ve heard something about last years prank but I doubt it was making game more or less unplayable with ,oh so horrible, animations. For me it actually makes fighting less intuitive when character look like a cross between a scarecrow and a criminal executed on the cross having a freaking epilepsy attack. Aaand it’s going for the whole day Next time…. just give players option to turn on/off such things. If I had bought the game today, not two days ago….

And to people “Don’t like, come tomorrow”, just shut it. It’s a forum, we have all rights to tell our opinion of it. Not everyone have enough time to come back tomorrow. April fools joke is one thing, but not allowying players to turn it off/on is not a good idea. Devs basically did something which many hakers would love to achieve. They made many people to simply not play their game today. Running around as “hurr durr ima plane” is fun like for a minute or two.

@smekras- not only you. But I was more expecting music to play from those announcments(or whathever this word should be).

I don’t mind this thing buuut…..next time devs should put an option to turn off/on such things. It’s good to screw around with people but to play? Impossible for me. I’m glad I bought the game two days ago, at least I had some time to play before today day off ;p

And people wonder why I hate april fools so much -.-

It’ll be a nice thing if they added option to turn it off/on any moment today. It’s fun to screw around and do “airplane” noises with random people but to have it all day? Naah. I bought game two days ago and I think that today I’m going to take a day free :P In this aspect thank you, some time off will do good for me.

Try again. I just did it and this time there was no bug. Though I was clicking furiously on those two Sons, just to be sure….this time they finally attacked and quest was able to progress with no further problems.

I wanted to check out my warrior nord till the 10th lvl and I ofcourse had chosen the minotaur transormation path for this personal story quest.

The problem I have is with two Sons of Svanir. They don’t turn agressive, and I need to kill all of them after opening the gate.

So far I managed somehow to “unlock” one of those sons, but there always is one who didn’t turn agressive and his name is green as ally.

I’m pretty sure I am going to go with warrior charr in future, for now I will risk and go with elemental,since it’s the class I had much fun so far and I want to play with charr I’m a sucker for good looking feral races and charr are the closest I can get to good lizardman(yes I know charr are feline thingies). Elder Scrolls lizards are the joke.

I am new player to this game or even Guild Wars franchsie. Bought game today.

I played a little(up to second lvl :P) both warrior and elementalist. Gameplay wise I think I’m going to enjoy the most, the mage one. Buuut…..I’m also a sucker for a good looks. And I’ve seen how awesome charrs warriors looks like. Those “unicorn” helmets and whatnot…just great.

So, the question is, which class you can recommend for me, both as gameplay and look value? Which looks better on charr? ;d
