Bumping again, did anyone see these stats ?

I’m looking for the reciptes or insignias or inscriptions for Commander’s stats. Which are Power, Precision, Toughness and Concentration.

Might I bump this ? :/

Enjoying Heart of Thorns, I was wondering what gear I could use on my Warrior because right now I’m with Cleric (to heal with shouts), which is pretty decent for what I do with it but I’d like more firepower. Watching the different stats on my Legendaries, I saw the “Commander’s” stats, which are, say, for a two-handed legendary or ascended hammer, +215 Power, +215 Precision, +118 Toughness and +188 Concentration (Boon Duration). I explored 3 of the new maps but couldn’t find any merchant selling inscriptions or recipes for theses stats.

So does anyone know where you can get them, exotic and ascended ?

Please allow us to remove the shoulders, yeah. I don’t understand why it is not implemented yet as well as for the gloves.
