Can confirm that this needs to be done without dying (getting downed is fine). First time I did it I died midway and didn’t get the achieve. After a few more attempts I managed to get it by killing nearly all of them (there were 4 left) without dying. Note that getting downed is fine as long as you don’t die. I think the master achievement needs to have the “without succumbing” or “before being overcome” description that the beginner and expert achievements have to make it more clear. It’s not bugged, but it doesn’t have a clear description.
Another tip is to talk to the dying norn and talk to braham (but don’t meet up with the others) before going into the pit. This way you’ll be able to have braham help you. He’s great for tanking a bit and rezzing you when you get downed.
I know for Sunday there is a one time event that starts at noon PST. For the event tomorrow (Friday), is it an event that lasts all day or is it one time? In other words, is there some big event that I need to be on at exactly noon tomorrow or will the event still be happening an hour or two later?
