You could try to do full signet thief with “signets of power” trait (5 might when you use a signet). You’d get 20 stacks of might almost instantly (signet of malice has a 1,25 sec casting time).

I used this build only in PvE, becuse 90% of time you don’t need your utilities anyway and it’s a good way to boost your DPS. I’m not sure how could this be viable in sPVP/WvW though.

I think it’s because sigils work on the weapon which they are applied to. So the sigil on your main hand weapon applies it’s effects to the main hand weapon skills and sigil on your offhand to the offhand ones.

One option while finding a group is to state that you do not wish to use the exploit and I’m sure there’s plenty of other
people who rather do it properly.

After getting kicked twice for not using the exploit I decided to search for a group willing to do CoF properly. There’s noone willing to go with me. I guess I’ll stop doing dungeon runs until it’s fixed.
