i found out that my network printer is a problem as well.
Cable in the router —--disconnects starting
cable out —-— disconnects gone …
game client disconnected with error code 7:11:3:189:101. every 5 to 10 minutes and i experienced lags between 5 to 45 seconds this happened while i used ports gathered or came into a fight in wvw could not fix it with /clientport 80 and also not with other suggestions posted here or in other forums
following fixed it for me
my system runs with windows 7 64bit and ATI HD7770 newest version of the drivers
i downloaded the newest version of the graphic drivers and antivirus software again, uninstalled the Drivers and the antivirus software performed than a Clean Boot (Step 1: Put your system in Clean Boot which will start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps in eliminating software conflicts.
Follow the steps below to put your system in clean boot:
1. Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights.
2. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER to start the System Configuration Utility.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
3. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box. (The Use Original Boot.ini check box is unavailable.)
4. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
5. Click OK, and then click Restart.)
i reinstalled now first the graphic software restarted the system put it out of the clean boot and reinstalled the antivirus software
… i did not have one disconnect or massive lag since i reinstalled …..
