Just a made a new topic on this, didn’t notice this one.
I have the same problem. Keep getting suspended, nothing lost in the account, no mails to ask verification on other ip acces.

I keep getting suspended. Everytime there’s no email received to verify acces from other ip’s, no items/gold/chars lost. I feel like there’s a somekind of glitch in the system.

Gets tedious to wait in the support, in a regular basis to get the account unlocked again.

Anyone else having this issue?

I know my cpu is bottlenecking here, but i get around 40 to 90 fps in questing areas, around 30 to 40 in towns (with a mixture of high/low settings in 1080p), but in bigger fights in WvWvW it’s… 12 fps. no matter what settings i got, i tried the lowest of the lowest with low resolution and it didn’t change anything. It’s completely unplayable. I wish there were even a slider for (maximum amount of particle effects on screen) or something as that alone just completely drains the juice out of my pc with billions of frigging fireballs and whatnot on the air.

What kind of beast cpu you need for those bigger fights?

So you got the authentication mail? and allowed the acces?, try different browser to allow the acces or if you are using noscript allow the page from it first.

I was playing fine couple of days, then i decided to authenticate my email as it said in the launcher, i did and verified my login attempt and got suspended. Doesn’t seem to work properly
