Say’s I was banned for Selling Gold. It wasn’t me! I think my account was hacked. I did recieve a form letter from Lance. I changed my account password. I’m going to change the email address to something else, but don’t want to until I get my account turned back on. Don’t want to complicate things. What can I do to get my account turned back on soon? I love this game, and it’s killing me not to play it! Please help!

Or a call center even. Even if I have to wait 1+ hours on hold for a Rep (for other service providers), atleast I’ll get to talk to a Rep. You could call into supprot for GW1 couldn’t you? I think I remember calling in to change an old email address that was on my GW1 account.
I just tried to log into my account and it says I’ve been permanently banned for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money. Um. No… In fact I’ve reported at least two different people that were spamming money sales in /shout. I was in just fine last night, and tonight I got to login and get this. That disappointing thing about it is I didn’t even get a single email stating that I was banned. I’m looking at putting in over 60 hours this week at work and was looking forward to this little bit of stress relief. Now I cant…
