I have been unable to play the game for more than 5 minutes since last night. I know for a fact that nothing is wrong on my end. I have top notch, high speed ethernet and wireless connection. I have already contacted my ISP and they have assured me that there have been no breaks in my connection. This is an anet issue and it appears to be a common one. Had I known this, I may have avoided buying this game. As it stands I have too much time and money wrapped up in this and today is my only day off. Fix this please. It’s very frustrating. (On a side note: I spent 600 gems 2 DAYS AGO for a bank tab extension that I have yet to receive. I sent two support tickets for it and have not heard a thing from anybody about it. This is ridiculous)

I am also constantly getting this problem. It can’t be the ISP’s with thousands of people reporting the same thing. We all share one thing in common. We all connect to Anet. Come on anet, fix this.

This happened to me this morning as well. Like three times. And I am also getting booted from the game after about 5 minutes of playing. It says “Game client has lost connection with the server.” Never had this problem before. It must on Anet’s end. Do something about this. Some of us have invested a lot of time and money into this game. This is not cool at all.

Help!!
I was playing Guild Wars 2 last night until abut 1 in the morning. I had no problems at all. Woke up at 6:30, now I can’t get past the first page. I login. Press the Play button. Get a blank screen. Not black, just blank. I have rebooted the computer and it didn’t work. That’s all I could think of to do. I am growing exceedingly frustrated. Can anyone help me? I should mention that I am probably the most computer illiterate person on earth. I have NO CLUE what I am doing 99% of the time when it comes to troubleshooting.

Applying Upgrade Components

I just reached level 20 and am trying to apply upgrade components to my rings and armor, but when I double click the upgrade component and hover over rings and armor the block turns red. I tried this with several different upgrade components and various types of armor and rings but to no avail. I simply cannot apply upgrades for some reason. Any thoughts?
