Still bugged unfortunately

Now I am stuck on the 2nd round….

Hi, I am experiencing a bug too during this personal story quest. I can finish the first two rounds but the 3rd one is never ending. And when I try to get off the boat or move out of the area I just end up back where I started. I even tried re doing the quest but still get stuck on the 3rd drinking round. Please fix this issue.
