Goodevening, been a week now whithout any reply from support it start to be a bit unpleasant.
Can we please have some more information like how much someone needs to wait untill a response or any kind of update.

they remove paysafe from payment method thank you anet, Louk Tsoup you can contact paysafe and get your money back.

i buyed a 50e paysafe card to buy things from gem store, after i enter my paysafe pin i get a message that this pin is not accepter by this online store, after a search i saw that paysafe is banned for most shops at my Country(Greece). The problem here is that before i take the decision to buy through paysafe i checked this article. https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/paysafecard-now-accepted-in-gem-store/. at this article Greece is inside the list of countries who can buy, and even if the article is old it hasnt been updated or replaced.

Is there any way to found solution here? am willing to send paysafe information to anet if needed, also i exchange mails with gw2 support but what i get is that next time i need to be careful of the retail who sell paysafe…

at prologue at the step you need to gather at rally point before the cinematic start my game freeze.when i log in again am stuck this step but there is no more instance or green point in map.
i try to end episode and start again, exit map and enter again log out and in.nothing happened.

yesterday evening i just finished the world 2 at normal dif.i really like it!!!very nice job anet!!some pretty cool ideas there!
i start my luck at world 1 hard mode.you die a lot but there are tactics and logic to everything to remain alive,just need to be extra careful and take your time!
